Mercy Plus Registered Nurses provide 1:1 private duty nursing in the patient’s home, working with one patient at a time. We’re recruiting nurses throughout Michigan, with current priority hiring in Hillsdale, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, and Traverse City. Full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem opportunities are available on day and night shifts.
1:1 private duty nursing
Work with one patient at a time, delivering skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, with clinical support behind you.
Flexible scheduling
Day and night shifts with no mandations. Full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem opportunities.
Weekly pay
Paid every week, with pay that depends on case and location.
Compensation
$40–$42 per hour, paid weekly
Registered Nurses earn $40–$42/hour, depending on case and location, with weekly pay.
What you'll do
- Deliver skilled nursing care in the patient's home per the plan of care
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, IV, GI, and respiratory needs
- Document care and communicate with physicians and family
- Mentor and support LPNs on shared cases
What we're looking for
- Current Michigan RN license
- One year of nursing experience preferred (new grads considered)
- High-acuity or pediatric experience a plus — training provided
