Mercy Plus Licensed Practical Nurses provide 1:1 private duty nursing in the patient’s home, working with one patient at a time. We’re recruiting nurses throughout Michigan, with current priority hiring in Hillsdale, Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, and Traverse City. Full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem opportunities are available on day and night shifts.
1:1 private duty nursing
Work with one patient at a time, delivering skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, with clinical support behind you.
Flexible scheduling

Weekly pay
Paid every week, with pay that depends on case and location.
Compensation
$30–$32 per hour, paid weekly

What you'll do
- Provide in-home nursing care per the plan of care
- Administer medications and monitor patient status
- Document visits and report changes to the care team
What we're looking for
- Current Michigan LPN license
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, strong communication skills
